- Vanessa Lowe spent more than 20 years in federal service supporting access to capital for underserved communities. She underwrote investments at the U.S. Treasury Department’s CDFI Fund and distributed disaster recovery funds at the Economic Development Administration. As a Unitarian Universalist, she’s served on the denomination’s Committee on Socially Responsible Investing leading the community investing portfolio. Ms. Lowe has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Unitarian Society of Germantown in Philadelphia.
- Eliot Ingram is a member of Arch Street Meeting, a Quaker Meeting located in Philadelphia. Since 2006, he has served on the Meeting's finance committee which oversees the management of the Meeting's endowment. In addition, Eliot co-authored the Arch Street Meeting investment policy which guides the Meeting’s socially responsible investment strategy. He is a Wharton MBA and is CEO of a digital media firm based in Philadelphia.
